His wife Cara'Lan was a doctor on Telkus 5. They have a young son called Cha'Lan. Zee'Lan and the other six Planetsingers told the Council of 9 that the planet was dying and could not regenerate. The Planetsingers told the Council of 9 they had a plan to use the MAX units that protected the Telkus system to slow down the death of Telkus until they could find a way to save the people of Telkus. The MAX units tried but they needed the rest of the Telkan Union of planets to supply them with power. This caused many of the planets to die faster. Zee'Lan and the other planet singers ask their planet called "Celesta" what to do. She told them that she asked her sister planets to help her save her children. They said that they would take many of the Telkan people through a special planet portal and supply Telkus all the power they could spare. But Celesta did not want her sisters to try and save her since it would harm them. She did let the people of Telkus go to other worlds with the use of a world size MAX unit to leave Telkus. The only people on Telkus were the Planet singers who helped Telkus die. They knew that they would die with her. So they made their preparations first. Planetsinger Zee'Lan, who had lost his wife when Telkus 5 died took his young son Cha'Lan to a special MAX unit and was able to talk to the planet that was taking his son. The planet called herself “Gaia” promised to give his son her power as a tribute to her sister. With that Zee'Lan sent his son to “Gaia” along with all the knowledge of Telkus within the MAX unit that would also serve as his mentor.

Dark Metropolis is centuries old. Buildings on top of buildings tell the story of Dark Metropolis and the people who have lived and died building it. Their ghosts are locked into the stones and at night they are set free to tell the living what has happened to them and give them a warning about how they are building their own tombs if they keep trying to control the forces of nature. The Darkness knows this so he makes sure that the warnings delivered are by frighting versions of the long-dead people of Dark Metropolis. These creatures are meant to frighten the living and in frightening them warnings are misunderstood. So the living never gets the real message and keeps feeding Dark Metropolis. But some times the message does get through and some of the living understand, and they try to warn others. The Darkness sees these people as threats to his power so he sends “Fright” after them. “Fright” controls two creatures called Red Man, Green Man they are made of the blood-red of death and green mold of decay. Pre-Order Dark Metropolis: Medusa Rising Coming January 2020

Of all of the stories told about ancient Greece one story has been told and retold many times and in many ways. That is the story about Medusa the evil woman who was cursed by Athena. So that her gaze would turn anyone who looked at her into stone. Over the eons many people have told her story and in all of them Medusa's face matched the darkness in her soul. But is this the real story of Medusa? No, it is not. I know the real story of Medusa. She was not an evil woman who's only joy was to inflict pain on others. On the contrary she had a deep love of all human beings. She did not ask or deserved the curse that Athena inflicted on her. In truth Medusa was a victim of the cruel game that the ancient Olympian gods played on humans for their amusement. To cover up their cruelty on Medusa the Olympian gods created this myth of the evil of Medusa. A myth that even today's humans believe. They see Medusa as a creature of evil that deserves their fear, hatred and scorn. “How do you know this?” You might ask, I know this because I am Medusa, and finally I have been allowed to tell my own story about what really happened all of those eons ago. After hearing my story if you think I deserved my fate then so be it. But if you hear in my story the truth. Help me by telling others the truth about Medusa. Help me rise and break the cruel curse that has imprisoned me and you. Medusa Rising is the third and final chapter of the Dark Metropolis Trilogy
